Affiliate Programme Terms

These terms govern the Roamaly affiliate programme. By applying to the programme, or by sharing an affiliate link or code, you agree to them in addition to our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. The programme

Roamaly's affiliate programme pays commission on eSIM sales you refer. Applications are reviewed, and we may decline an application or end a membership.

2. Your link and code

On approval you receive a unique code and a link of the form roamaly.com/?ref=CODE. Customers may also type your code at checkout.

3. How a sale is credited

A click on your link stores a cookie in the customer's browser for 30 days; the most recent link clicked wins. A code typed at checkout takes precedence over any cookie. Orders placed in our apps are credited only when your code is typed.

4. Commission

Your commission rate is the rate shown on your dashboard, agreed when your application is approved. The programme's standard rate is published on the affiliate programme page and may be varied by written agreement. Commission is calculated on the amount the customer paid, accrues when the order is delivered, and is reversed in full if the order is refunded. We may cap the number of credited orders per customer.

5. Your own purchases

Purchases made through your own link are not commissionable. Travel agents buying on behalf of clients with their typed code are credited.

6. Discounts

Your link gives customers no discount. A promotional code may be issued separately by agreement.

7. Payouts

You may request a payout once your balance reaches the minimum shown on your dashboard. Payouts go to the payout details on file. Amounts under dispute or reversal are withheld.

8. Conduct

No misleading claims about Roamaly or its products. No paid search advertising on the Roamaly name. No incentivised clicks, forced cookies or unsolicited messaging. Advertising-disclosure rules apply wherever you publish.

9. Ending the arrangement

Either side may end it at any time. Legitimately accrued commission is paid. Commission earned through a breach of these terms is forfeited.

10. Changes

We may change the rate or these terms with 30 days' notice. Commission already accrued is unaffected.

11. Data

We record clicks, referred orders and payouts to run the programme. Our privacy policy applies.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
