Cookie Policy

Roamaly ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on roamaly.com to make our website work properly.

Essential cookies (always on)

These are required for the website to work and cannot be switched off. They help us:

• Keep you signed in to your account
• Track referral links so the person who referred you gets credit

We also store a small number of preferences in your browser's local storage, such as your chosen display currency and your cookie choice. This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.

Analytics and advertising cookies (only with your permission)

When you first visit, our cookie banner asks you to choose. Until you choose "Accept all", nothing from Google or Meta loads on our site and none of the cookies below is set.

• Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_*, which last up to 2 years. We use it to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and which plans are viewed and bought. IP addresses are anonymised.
• Meta Pixel sets _fbp and _fbc, which last 90 days. We use it to measure our adverts on Facebook and Instagram, for example whether an advert led to a purchase. Meta may link this to your Meta account under its own policy.

"Essential only" keeps both switched off.

Cookie-free analytics

We also use Plausible, which is cookie-free and does not collect personal data, to count visits. It runs whatever you choose.

Changing your choice

You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page. If you withdraw your permission, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel stop using cookies straight away and do not load on the pages you visit after that. Cookies they have already set stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them in your browser settings.

Third parties

When you make a purchase, you are redirected to Stripe for payment. Stripe may set its own cookies to process your payment securely. These are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can also clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or completing purchases.
