Question 1

How do I install my French Polynesia eSIM?

Accepted Answer

After purchase you'll receive a QR code by email. Scan it in Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM. Install before you travel — it activates when you connect in French Polynesia.

Question 2

Is my phone compatible?

Accepted Answer

Most phones from 2018+ support eSIM: iPhone XS+, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3+. Your phone must be carrier-unlocked. Use our free compatibility checker at roamaly.com/esim-compatible-phones to check instantly.

Question 3

Can I use hotspot?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all plans support hotspot/tethering.

Question 4

When does my plan start?

Accepted Answer

Validity starts when you first connect to a local network. Installing at home doesn't start the clock.

Question 5

Can I top up?

Accepted Answer

Yes, add more data through your dashboard without needing a new eSIM.

Question 6

What is a Day Pass?

Accepted Answer

A daily data allowance (e.g. 1GB/day) for your chosen number of days, with fresh data each day. Full speed up to your daily allowance, then reduced speed for the rest of the day — you're never cut off.

Question 7

Calls & SMS?

Accepted Answer

Data-only. Use WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Skype for calls over your data connection.
