Installation Steps

Purchase your eSIM
Browse destinations and select a plan. Complete checkout — your eSIM will be ready in seconds.

Tap the one-tap install link
Open the delivery email on your iPhone and tap the one-tap install link. It opens the eSIM setup screen for you — nothing to scan, nothing to type.

If the link does not open eSIM setup
Save the QR code from the same email to Photos, then go to Settings → Mobile Service → Add eSIM → Use QR Code and scan the saved image.

Label your eSIM
Name it something like "Travel" or the country name. Choose it as your data line for travel.

You're connected!
Turn on Data Roaming (Settings → Mobile Service → your eSIM → Data Roaming). Your eSIM activates when you arrive at your destination.

Is Your Phone Unlocked?

Your phone must be carrier-unlocked to use an eSIM from Roamaly. Here's how to check:

Troubleshooting

•eSIM not appearing? Restart your iPhone and try again.
•No data connection? Enable Data Roaming: Settings → Mobile Service → your eSIM → Data Roaming → On.
•Nothing happened when you tapped the install link? Open the email on the phone itself rather than on a laptop, then use the QR fallback above.
•Error "eSIM cannot be added"? Your iPhone may be carrier-locked. Contact your carrier.
